Personalised products

Personalised products (such as embroidered or printed items) are custom-made according to the specifications you choose.
Therefore, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded.

Standard products

For non-personalised (unprinted) items, the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt of your order applies.
Within this period, you can return your purchase without giving a reason.

Refund

After receiving and checking the return, you are entitled to a refund via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

If you wish, the refund can also be made in the form of a voucher equal to the value of the returned product.

Returns

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
You can return the product – if possible – in its original packaging to:

Always state your order number with the return and, if applicable, which product you wish to receive in exchange.
